Redlands Care Home is working in partnership with Lancashire County Council regarding the pathways supporting people to discharge safely from hospital, when they may not be ready to go home. We provide a compassionate step-down facility and many of our short term residents enjoy the environment and being cared for by a dedicated team whilst they recover from their hospital stay. Respite care can also be provided by Redlands Care Home to support carers and families with short term support for their loved one and as a trial towards a permanent placement.
