Unified Care provides residential care and Supported Living and is accredited by the National Autistic Society with an Autism Specialist Award (2024). Our ethos is being unified in how we support our service users, working in partnership with families and our carers to create positive relationships. We know that good quality care and positive behaviour support can enable people to live independent and positive lives.

Redlands Care Home supports residents locally and nationally, including service users who previously resided in the South-East. We work with London authorities to support services users to help meet their needs and we work closely with Lancashire commissioners on local placements.
