We support people who have learning disabilities with an approach that respects individual needs and preferences. This is captured and aided by using a Positive Behavioural Support Plan.

We are an Autism Accredited provider with the National Autistic Society (2024).

When a person is referred to, or approaches, Redlands, a full assessment is made to aid decision making about the best care option for that individual. At Unified Care we adapt our services to meet individual needs, hopes and aspirations. We achieve this by listening to the people who use or services, their families and other professionals.

We offer our service users the opportunity to live with like-minded individuals, enjoy the company and support of staff with a wide range of skills and experience a home environment, situated in the community. We offer high quality, flexible support.
