Redlands is one of the few care homes in the UK that specialises in the care of elderly people from a vulnerable lifestyle and background, including alcohol dependency and substance misuse. Residents have been referred from all over the UK, creating a truly unique and diverse family home.
Mental health needs are varied and numerous and can include depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, Schizophrenia, eating disorders and addiction. Unified Care’s experience and expertise can help support people from full residential care to home care to help enable many different people with their mental health need.

We support people who have issues with alcohol and substance dependency. We know that these clients live with a lot of stigma about their needs. At Unified Care, we care with compassion and respect and our staff are highly experienced and specially trained to look for a manage the unique trials faced by this client group.
Redlands is uniquely placed to care for people who need specialised support with alcohol dependency. We are not a “detox clinic” but, for many of our resident, living with Unified Care has resulted in reduced alcohol dependency and the opportunity to live life in a new and fulfilling way.
